‘Night Happenings’ is a series of paintings where unusual events are taking place. These happenings reflect a world that is becoming increasingly fractured and turbulent. Below, you will see torrential downpours, flooded streets, zooming cars, and unusual trails of light… The paintings take place around Nova Scotia – mostly in and around Lunenburg.
The first pieces in this series range from 7×10” up to 24×36”.

Approximately 25 Night Happenings paintings will be on display in this first showing, along with other recent work featuring Nova Scotia homes and landscapes in harmonious light and colour.
